How to Order
Shop online 24 hours a day. Follow the below steps for easy shopping.
1. Add an item to your Shopping Cart:
To add an item to your cart, simply click "Add to Cart" on a product's page. The item will then be added to your cart. You can select different items and add them all to your cart.
To review the items you added, please click “Cart” on the right (Please refer to photo B while shopping by mobile phone).
2. Click "Check out" and follow these steps:
a. Fill out ship form, payment/shipping information.
b. Submit the form and complete the order.

Track Order
You can click “Login” on the right and then click “Non-members order inquiry” on the left to check order record and order status.
Making Payment
We accept you make the payment by credit card.
You can pay with credit card Visa, MasterCard, or JCB credit or debit card issued from anywhere in the world. Please make all payment at one time.
The transaction currency is Taiwan Dollar (NT$).

Dispatch & Delivery
We offer home delivery service. In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 working days excludes weekend and national holiday. (Except those incurred by abnormal network, natural disasters and force majeure, etc.)
To delivery the goods for you and avoid delay, please be sure to fill out correct shipping address.

Western Europe - NT$1500
Asia - NT$1200
- Order amount less than US$15,000
Eastern Europe & Russia - NT$1800
Middle East - NT$1800
Brazil/ Chile/ Argentina - NT$1800
